Engine not starting when key is turned.

Dodge Grand Caravan 2002 V6 125,000miles. Problem has been going on probably 2-3 months. Put the key in the ignition and nothing happens but a click. The radio comes on and all the lights on the dash light up. Battery was old so it was replaced in the last month. That seemed to clear up the problem for about 3 weeks now it is back. After multiple times turning the key it will start. Error message donE comes up. Thanks for the help.
