IDodge Grand Caravan, 1989, 220,000 miles, 3.0 motor.
The van will start sometimes. It always cranks over but will not start. I have noted that the check engine light will not come on with the key in the run possition. When the check engine light does come on then it will start each time. I have replaced the ignition switch. No change. Any ideas? I have no juice to the + side of the coil and the fuel pump is not enrgized when this problem occurs.
What relay controls the coil, fuel pump, and check engine light?

After replacing the ADS Relay, and Ignition Switch, Paul mentioned that it was probally going to need the SBEC (onboard computer) changed. I found one at a salvage yard for my 1989 Grand Caravan for 80.00 and this was the part that fixed the problem.
