Both Electric windows stopped

1994 Dodge Caravan SE 3.0 163,000 miles

A person driving by waved me down, I rollled my passenger window down and he told me by passenger tail light was burned out. I was unable to raise the window back up. The driver side window also won't move. Fuse? Window switch? Relay?
If so where is it located?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM MINE WAS THE MASTER SWITCH ON THE DRIVERS SIDE NEW IT COST LIKE $60.00 BUT GO TO A PICK A PART OR JUNK YARD COST YA $5, 00 TO FIX IT 99% SURE THATS WHAT IT IS OH U CAN TAKE IT FROM EITHER 93, 94 OR 95
