The one that is the ciggerette lighter should be a constant hot. If not the it may be easier to just put in a whole new one. You can buy one at advanced for little money. You will also need wire and an in line fuse. YOU NEED THE IN LINE FUSE AND A FUSE. Never add anything electric without a fuse. Then if you can go through the fire wall from the battery that is fine, or maybe you can connect to the fuse panel inside the cab. I do not suggest haveing this power source you wish for. Why do you need it?

I run li-po battery chargers for rc airplanes. At times I need more than 1 hot outlet. The manual say's all 3 can be made to stay hot without key on.
