2005 Dodge Caravan Erratic windshield wipers

Windshield wipers on my 2005 Dodge Caravan sometimes work fine, but other times will only work when I push the windshield washer in. Sometimes will work on intermittent only. Sometimes will not work at all. Jiggling the switch arm down towards the column will occasionally cause them to start. Can you suggest the most likely cause.

Its most likely the wiper switch, the connections inside the switch may be bad.
Big problem with this type of switch module. If you can get it to work by moving it I think the switch may be bad. Ok
