2004 Dodge Caravan Noise at bumps

When the van goes over a bump there seems to be a knocking noise under one of the front wheels. I first thought it was the ball bearings but I jacked up the front and the bearings seem good. I have also tapped and moved the suspension and cannot find what is wrong. Any thoughts?

Also, check the sway bar pins and the strut plates.
