2003 Dodge Caravan

Steering wheel is locked with wheels turned, parked head-in and we can't get the ignition to unlock.

All I can say is to grab the wheel and give it a movement, it may unlock but its hard to do, try that first. Moving it more, just slightly may free it up, if not you'd better call for service. Ok.
