Hi, I bought a Dodge caravn 2003 like 2 months ago, the van was working fine. Since I got it, the check engine light was on, but now It turns on, but after a little while when it gets at normal temperature, turns off. I have to wait until it gets cold to turn on the engine. I have the idea the it has to be a sensor, but I dont know which one. Please help me.

Get the vehcile scanned at autozone they do it for free. It will tell you what sensor is bad if it is a sensor or whatever else is causing it.

Post back if you need further assistance.

You may have a crank position sensor problem. And these will not throw a code.
