66,000 miles, 3.3 liter automatic. About two weeks ago when starting the van the radio, power windows, radio, etc would not work for a few minutes then just "magically" turned on. After a week of this the check engine light came on. I went to auto zone to use the OBD and the code was 1491, radiator cooling fan relay. The engine does not run hot and the fans work. However I still have the original problem. I realize it may be the BCM but is it just a coincidence that the 1491 error code popped up? Before I go to the dealer is there any other thing I can check myself. Note: I have checked all fuses, etc and they are fine.
Thank you,

Tets for power at the window switch or the radio when it isnt working to see if the BCM is powering it up or not, you most likely nailed it with the BCM. Might be getting the code due to the BCM's connection with the fan circuit
