I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L 6 Cylinder. Over the last couple of days, the blower, stereo, and windshield wipers will cut out all of a sudden while driving. The power remains off for a varying time on these systems, but returns. I am not sure of the correlation between these systems other than that they are all controlled internally. I'm also not sure if any other systems are being affected. This issue began during a heavy rainstorm a couple of days ago, but has continued despite the lack of rain since. What can I do on my own to diagnose and correct the problem?

Sounds as though you are looking for water.Check all main connectors for any signs of moisture or corrosion. Check all relay/fuse centers for the same.Looks like all of those things are powered by the Integrated Power Module, located on the left side of the engine compartment

I can suggest a quick possible fix. Try removing the negative battery cable for a minute or so the reinstall it, this can reset errant electronics...
