when I am driving my van lately and if I am on a highway and I come along a hill/incline and say I am going 75 it struggles to get over the hill/iincline as it slows down to say 60 so I have to shift over to the inside lane so not to hold up other cars in the fast lane.

Has the check engine light come on? Is there any miss in the engine when this happens? Have you checked the catalytic converter to make sure it isn't plugged? Finally, have you checked fuel pump pressure?

If I provide directions for checking fuel pump pressure, can you do it?
