Bought new bulbs, but I do not know how to get back panel off

My back brake lights are not working, so I bought new bulbs, but I do not know how to get back panel off. Will you explain or should I look toward another problem because neither one is working.

If you look at the side of the taillight you will either see 2 phillips screws or two plastic clips. Remove these clips/screws and pull the tail light straight out to unlock it from its clip(s). This video will show you how.
