2002 Dodge Caravan 3.8, 136,300 miles

We are having an issue with all of the engine lights being on at all times. From the time the van is started, all lights come on and stay on. Is this just a need for a reset or could there be something more seriously wrong with this vehicle?

I have seen quite a few caravans that have bad instrument clusters, I assume you mean all of the warning lights on the cluster?
