2002 Dodge Caravan Check engine light on, error codes P1491

Was driving and turned a corner the motor seem to idle down and the check engine light came on. The error codes are P1491 & P1684.
what do they mean and how do I get the check engine light off.

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport 3.3L 121,000 miles.

P1491= Radiator fan relay circuit
P1684= Battery disconnected during last 50 starts.
Check relay and battery cables, when these are fixed the light will go out, maybe not right away, but after the completion of required drive cycles, or you can reset it with a scan tool.
