2002 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

when you stop it seems like the engine is viberating or shaking, it shakes the whole van, when you go it starts off rough then as you get your speed up it seems fine, the engine light will flash till you get going then it just stays on.
