I need to replace the passenger side cv axle are there any procedure or precautions I need to follow like some internal patr that might move

Hi:
Replacing the axle is an involved process. I recommend getting a manual with step by step instructions and pictures to identify parts. For me to try to explain it over the internet allows too much room for error.

Replacing the axle is an involved process. I recommend getting a manual with step by step instructions and pictures to identify parts. For me to try to explain it over the internet allows too much room for error. I will tell you to be careful when removing and replacing the axle to the trans. If you nick the axle seal, it will leak.
