2001 Dodge Caravan Head lights

What would cause 1 of my day time lights to work but not the other. Then when I turn on the headlight switch the same thing only on the oppisite side then when using the brights it is the same thing as the day time lights I have check the dimmer switch and the other switch what else could it be

The answer to your problem is there is a bad connection in fcm which is the box on the front of your fuse box (the one bolted on with four torx screws).
What you need to do is unbolt it and remove it (disconect the battery first) then bend all the pins down with a screwdriver but just a tiny bit then fill the harness with dielectric grease (the grease for sparkplugs) then remount the fcm with two washers in between the fcm and fuse box on the bottom two screws only this will tilt the fcm and makle a better contact.

I promise this will work, I had the same problem with my 2001 caravan for almost a year and found this solution throuch www. Dodgeforum. Com.

We disconnected the FCM and cleaned it and put it back together now it works fine. Thank you for some good advice.
