I have 2001 dodge caravan sport and I need to replace the front left fender, door, mirror, and the window. Are the parts of a 1999 dodge caravan going to fit a 2001?

No, The 2001 has larger headlights different fender, etc. You need parts from a Caravan with the same body as yours. Your local auto salvage yard can tell you what years are compatible and probably have parts too.
