My Caravan has only a front heater. The heater works, but when I turn on blower air is only luke warm. It's actually more comfortable to drive without blower. Any suggestions?

If its blowing luke to cool air check coolant level
is the engine reaching operating temp or it take long time for it to do so
check and replace thermostat
if thermostat ok and engine reaching operating temp
check heater core hoses they should be hot if not the heater core need to be flushed
if hoses hot blend door actuator is at fault
