2000 Dodge Caravan Turn signals

My turning signals not working occasionally. I have checked all fuses and bulbs.

There were quite a few problems with the switches and sockets that the bulbs are installed in. A poor ground would not allow the flasher to work. Ok The flasher could be bad.
