2000 Dodge Caravan shift solenoid

My Caravan won't shift into drive and the code reader reveals the codes P0755, which is transmission control system malfunction and P0700, which is shift solenoid B malfunction. Wher on the transmission is the shift solenoid located?

Bolted on the out side of the tranny
beside the tranny cooler line out the tranny lots of wires
