Hello, I changed out my radiator fan assy. The right fan motor was burned out and it burnt the 40 amp fuse that ran the fans. I changed out the assy. And reset the check engine light that was on due to the fans not running. The check light won't come back on but I have not seen the fans running yet. I let the van idle until the temp guage got to haflway and the fans didn't start once. Is there still some thing wrong? Thanks

They won't turn on at the half way point. Has the vehicle ever gotten hotter than that?

Not very often does it get past halfway. How hot does it need to get to turn them on?

The factory thermostat doesn't fully open until 195 degrees F. The fans will usually come on around 215 to 220 degrees.

Let the engine run until it reaches its normal operating temperature range (which is normally the half-way mark) and then turn on your ac (air conditioner) on all the way / MAX. Wait a moment (2 - 4 minutes) and and see if the fans come on then. That procedure activates the aux. Fan in order to assist in the cooling process.
Also double-check and make sure you plugged the fan harness back in. Lol.
