Hi there,
my question is: why does my rear drum brake freeze?I have taken it apart everything looks fine and it still does it. I have to use a propane torch to heat it up depending how cold it varys for times. Last year I took it apart and it was packed full of ice/slush. The other drum works ok. How can I fix the problem? Thank you !

Look at the drum from the back side. Brake line side. There should be a little rubber plug covering the brake adjuster access hole. Is it there? That is the only place where condensation can cause problem for your rear brake.
