All of the parts in following picture must be removed to remove the rear brake drums. So first make sure you have removed all of these. No special tool is required for removing hubs. If all of these components are already removed, use a rubber mallet and bang around on the drum then slide it off. The brake heat usually causes the drums to stick pretty good..
