Our van stalls and hesitates when started cold, but when warmed runs much better, with just a hesitation once in a while. We replaced the egr valve and fuel pump; no trouble codes or engine light. The throttle body was cleaned, but not the idle air control motor. Could that be the problem?

Chances are there is nothing wrong with the iac module, instead I would be checking the coolant temperature sensor or engine temperature sensor, what ever you prefer to call it!
