Hi billymac here service eng light is an emission prob. Basically a sensor is malfuntioning. You can go to your local auto parts store they usually will scan your car for free. And tell you which sensor is bad. However just because there is a code don, t automaticly mean it is the sensor. But you have to start somewhere. Technicians use more advanced scanners so we can actually look at the values of the sensor and other systems so that we can determine why the sensor is malfuntioning. Hope this helps billymac
