1999 Dodge Caravan Cruise Control

When I push the button on the steering wheel the Curise light comes on. But when I try to set it by pushing the steering wheel button it will not turn on.

A self diagnostic feature helps to steer a technician in the proper direction for testing the seperate components. I don't want to tell you that the vehicle speed sensor, the brake switch or vacuum supply is bad if it may be a TCM or fused servo circuit. I have put quite a few of each in but it usually must be self diagnosed using a scanner, sorry.
