1998 Dodge Caravan speedometer, odometer, etc do not work

Speedometer, odometer, gas gauge, temp gauge, drive indicator light, do not work. The door ajar light is always on. What is not working correctly?

I had a very similar problem
i resoldered the connections for the gauge cluster and it seemed to correct the problem. A couple months later I hve replaced the Body control module and im having a problem getting it to start now.
