1998 Dodge Caravan oil to engine

My 98 grand caravan seems to be not getting oil to the engine. Checked level and it was full, and just had an oil change. Engine sounds like there is no oil in it at all.
Please help.

If the oil level is full, remove the oil filter to see if there is oil in it. Try a replacement filter. If it doesn't help and the engine is still making noise, shut if off. Don't allow it to run longer than it takes for you to identify if the problem is solved. The only other thing is the oil pump. The screen could be plugged or the pump could be bad.
