I have a 98 Dodge Caravan with roughly 180,000 miles on her. Almost every time I come to a stop or turn a corner, the oil light comes on. But it only comes on momentarily and shuts off when you eccelerate. Could it be the oil pressure switch or oil sensor? I could use the help considering the cost difference between the two: one is about $30 while the other is over $100. Thank you.

If there's no engine knocking noises -Sounds like a good idea replacing the oil pressure switch

My van started doing the exact same thing today is it still safe to drive for a few days until I can get it fixed and I thought it might be the oil sending unit
