1998 Dodge Caravan I can't get three monitors to set

They changed this motor from a 3.3 to a 3.8 I bought this van. It sat for a year or so they put this 3.8 motor in it ran good for a while then threw a trans code. I had to put a trans in since all this and I can't get three monitors to set One monitor cat, egr, oxy sensore I changed the egr system and front upstream oxy sensor. When cold I idle car three minutes with everything on. I drive the car 50 mile per hour three minutes then slow to 20 mile per hour then 50 again for 5 minutes then slow to 20 mile per hour still the momitors don't set any idea what I should do? I have no codes set. Thanks if anyone can help

What computer are you using, one for the 3.3 or 3.8? Also, is the converter good? Have you checked the O2 sensors to make sure they are switching between a rich / lean mixture? (.08 volts rich -.03 volts lean)? Is the EGR plugged?
