Lights won, t turn off even after van is turned off. Have replaced switch and have new battery too. What's up?

Pull the fuse for the lights and see if the go out then. There may rubbed through wires allowing the light to get power when they shouldn't. May need a diagram to chase this down.

Let's start with some information.

I missed the engine size, I want it in liters.
Exactly what lights are not going off?

You you removed fuses from BOTH the PDC and the junction fuse block, and the remained on?
