1997 Dodge Caravan Front Wheel Drive Automatic 167000 miles

My battery kept going dead so I my husband replaced the battery and now my automatic door locks when driving keep locking and unlocking on there own also my car keeps saying that there is a door ajar and the lights that normally come on when you open the door keep going on and off as I drive what did we do wrong do we have to have a code to reset the computer to the new battery? What should we do?

One of your doors is open or the switch is saying its open
clean the sliders connection and spray penetrating oil in door latches
you may need to use a scan tool to check witch door switch is the problem

I had same problem with mine, it turned out to be
water in the switch connector, mounted horiz, but still picked up water, blew out with some air and is no problem now.
