Rear door electric lock sounds like it is working, but the door will not unlock - do you have a picture of this door lock in position - I can not see into the door area where the rods run from the actuator to the lock itself. Something seems to be disconnected or broken!

I don't have a picture. Have you checked to make sure the actuator is getting 12 volts?

Everything working except the arm attached to the lock will not lift the lock as before to unlock the door.

Either the actuator is bad or it isn't getting enough power. Here is a "How To" test for checking it.

Let me know what you find.
