1997 Dodge Caravan light off

First, excuse my english, is not very good. But this is my trouble: the turn lights, engine service, emergency lights ahd all this lights of signing inside, do not work, but the lights ouside works correctly when activate every light. And the 12 volts connectors have not voltaje.

Have you checked the fuses. Thats where I would start. Does the speedometer work?

Yes, I have checked all fuses inside the van, and the speedometer is working ok, all the others systems works properly, except this line of element, oh, and the horn not works when I press to horn, but when the panic button on the keys is presses, it horns ok.

This is quite I tricky one. It sounds like there a couple problems, possible bad dash cluster and horn wiring or horn pad. Unfortunately here is about as far as we can go without doing extensive diagnostics
