I ran out of gas, put 6 gals of gas in, van hasn't started scince, if it is fuel pump, please tell where it is located, thank u

Your pump is in the tank. Your relay in in fuse box in engine area. Try to spray a little starter fluid in the intake and crank it. If it begins to start its a fuel issue. Check fuel pump relay and or fuse. Also when you turn the key on can you hear the pump swirl?
