1997 Dodge Caravan

Well, here goes, just purchased the van. Now the cruise does not work, the horn, and the oil light comes on and it will start dinging, (the interior buzzer starts). This can last for 30 seconds or twenty minutes. I know this is two different things. I have checked all fuses, and they are good, also the buttons around the heating cluster blinks two. I do not know where to check on this.
