The windshield wipers on my '97 Dodge carvan se get caught in each other when I turn them on. What should I do?

Have you checked to make sure one of the wiper arm nuts hasn't come loose?

There is a hinged cover where it attaches. Lift that and you should see the nut. Check that and let me know what you find. If that isn't the problem, we will need to check the linkage.
