1996 T&C & 2000 Caravan headlamp lenses

Hello, I own a 1996 Town & country & a 2000 Grand caravan. Both of the lenses on both cars are extremely cloudy it block the lighting power at night.
I have tried an abrasive cleaner pad the is supposed to work but it didnt.
Do you have any suggestions, or do I just need to replace them?

Ive got 89 dodge shadow that had the same problem, I pulled the headlight units out, I found the seams around the headlight units are cracked, Once the got to silicone sealer on them, No moister has gotten in, They work great now, Also I bought a set of after market foglights, for night time driving as well. If that re-sealing trick doesnt work, I would get used ones from the wrecking yard.
