I had my car diagnosed with ob3. When the guy did it the o2 censor and the egr valve came up but no tranny problem showed. When driving the car I will be going 35 to 40 mph and if I slow to make a turn then hit the gas again the car misses or cant find or doesnt know which gear to go in. After letting off the gas then it finds the gear and will go again with no problems. I changed the o2 censor today but it still is doing the same thing. There is no dragon the tranny at all so I do not think it is the tranny but I dont know

If the module is scanned at the OBD connector it will tell you engine problems but it will not always tell you transmission only problems. Make sure the fluid in the transmission is full and clean first. Then have a Chrysler dealer scan it wih heir 4000.00 dollar scanner called a DRBIII. They will tell you what is wrong with your Caravan. Chrysler makes Dodge also and will know the best thing for you to do considering the repairs needed versus the costs of getting a different vehicle. Some people don't want to bring their car to a dealer because of cost or mistrust. I know it may cost more sometimes but I have never met even one person who wanted to steal or be dishonest about any vehicle service issue. And I have worked for many dealers in many states including New York City. And I started in the seventies. Give it a shot and good luck with your Caravan. You certainly have gotten a lot of mileage out of it.
