1996 Dodge Caravan ECM Change

Just had the ECM changed. All works fine now, except the radio. If you press the disply button, the time will show for a few seconds. The radio back lights work when headlights are on. The power button does nothing. Thanks.

Just to clarify. There are 2 fuses to check. #10 under the hood and #11 under the dash, right? If both have been checked and turned to be both good, you may have defective internal amplifier inside the radio.

Here is the diagnostic procedure from Chrysler.
