1996 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

We are trying to repair my sister's van for her. Took it to Auto Zone and they said it was either the camshaft position sensor. How do you get to the bolt that holds on the idler pulley / belt tensioner?

Cam sensor is located at the other end of the engine and not where the belt
