Yes the check service soon lite is lit but dont know how to check pressure on the fuel pump other than listen to sound it makes when you turn key on and off it wirls and then stops. What do I need to check pressure and where?

Here is a how to for checking fuel pump pressure. You will need a gauge, but most parts stores will lend or rent them to you.

I also recommend having the computer scanned to identify why the check engine light is on. Most parts stores will do it for free, and it may help identify the problem.
