1994 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When I start to drive it hesitates like it does not want to take off, but it does. While I am acclerating it acts like it is jumpy. It is impossible to drive on the highway because my van does not want to drive over 50mph. I got a tune up but it did not solve the problem I also changed fuel injectors a few months ago, but it still isnt accelerating properly.
Thank you

Hesitation, chugging, lack of acceleration, bogging etc.

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
