1992 Dodge Caravan noise in lifters

Engine problem
1992 Dodge Caravan V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 214000 miles

It is a 92 dodge caravan that has 214,000 miles but the engine is so to be low miles but the lifters are not geting oil in the back. First we found the two on the right side. Then fix it now the two in the middle is not getting oil. We try putting kersoine in it then change the oil. It last for about 5 day's with heavy drivieg. But now it is back. Idon't know wat to do. PLEASE HELP ME. I'am lost

Mitsubishi engine? (Overhead cam). The lifters in those should really be replaced all at once and the rocker arm assembly should be inspected very carefully at the same time. Once disturbed, they tend to not want to pump back up, especially at that ileage. Have also seen the holes where they ride in the rocker arms get worn too much for oil pressure to stay behind the seal. IF it's a Dodge engine(pushrod) remove valve covers and take a look, have seen a bunch of them break the rocker stands right off the cylinder head
