1991 Dodge Caravan Dash Speedometer RPM Oil Temp Guages

None of the Guages on the cluster work with the engine running. I have replaced both computers and the curcuit board for the guages and still guages do not work.

Must be a wiring problem get a wiring schematic and a digital volt ohm meter. And start checking all power and grounds.
Let me know what comes of checks
