just replaced all 4 tires and tie tods on my 92 dodge caravan but the front end shakes when I let off the gas why

Hi:
Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel or the seat? Were the tires balanced? Finally, do you hear a clicking sound when you make a sharp turn?
