1995 Dodge Avenger no heat

I have replaced the thermostat twice. Still no heat. When it is in the 50's I have very little heat but colder than that outside and it doesn't seem to get hot. Will not heat enough to keep snow off windshield when it snows.
What should I do next?

My god, you already have snow? As far as the heat, with the engine at normal operating temp and running, the heater on high, check to see if both heater core hoses are hot.

Let me know what you find.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
