Disel car cranks but not start sometimes

Sir I am from india having chevy beat disel. Its two yr old car. From last 15days when I try to start in morning engine cranks but does not start in first attempt. After two or three attempt it get started and after moving some distance around in 5min it auto switch offed. And after that sign of power stearing not working in front panel starts glowing.
And in next attempt car starts in first attempt and power stearing sign goes off car runs normally. No breakdown whole day. In evening it also start in first attempt. But again next day same problem occurs.
I cheked car battery but it showing good voltage.
What may be the fault?
And one thing I observed when I use ac then after travelling it require more atttempt to start

Welcome to 2Carpros, thanks for leaving a question, its sounds like it could be a fuel pump problem because they can fail intermitted, have you replaced the fuel filter recently?

Thanks sir for a quick response.
Actually before some days I went to chevy auth. Service center he checked battery he said its no problem
. Then he told me that may be fuel pump has to check.
Why car show more starting problem after using ac?
And my all headlight and other electrical instrument panel is workin good.

Sorry for the confusion, does the instrument panel power up when the truck wont start?

Sir actually its a disel car.990cc.
All electric instrument panel works well even car doesnt stary and also headlight are not getting dim. Actuall yday I sent car to service station and today the guy told me that they cleaned fuel pump and everything no fault seen and car is now starying in first attempt.I told his to check battery connection as u told me. And ask him to use car ac whole day and then again see for the same problem. Also asked to check battery again.

Its sounds like it could be the glow plug igniter, I have seen were they work sometimes and not others. But on the new trucks it could be something else. Does the check engine light come on?
