Headlights stuck on high beam?

Grandson only has bright headlights and no dim. The switch is on the column. Where do I begin to diagnose?

This happens when the multifunction switch goes out, here is how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thank you, Ken. I had to use my other email and re-register because I kept getting error messages on my other one. Replaced the switch and works fine.
